Cancellations

We respectfully request 24 hour notice to cancel or reschedule any existing appointment(s). If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment within less than a 24 hours prior to your appointment, you will be charged for 50% of the service(s) cost. 

Please understand that your missed appointment was a time slot we had to turn down to someone else. We send out a confirmation text two days before your scheduled appointment to ensure that you remember and show up for your appointment(s). This also gives you enough time to reschedule without being charged.

No-Shows

If you schedule an appointment and don't show up for it (no show) you will be charged 100% of the missed appointment before being allowed to book another service. If you are unable to keep a scheduled appointment please give 24 hours advanced notice to ensure that you will not be charged for the appointment.

Late-Shows

We have scheduled each appointment to be the exact amount of time needed to efficiently complete your treatment and turn the room over for our next guest. If you run late we may have to shorten your appointment time and this means we are not able to complete everything that you are scheduled for.

Deposits

We require a 50% on all services totaling more than $200. This deposit is refundable and transferable to other appointments should you need to reschedule. However if you cancel your appointment in less than 24 hours before the appointment you will not receive your deposit back.

Cell Phones

We love our phones just as much as you do and we welcome any pictures during services so long as they are appropriate and respectful. However, we respectfully request that you do not use video to call or record our technicians while they work to not only protect our privacy but our client's.
